Description: Pathways have become immensely useful for computational analysis and interpretation of large-scale experimental data. In this tutorial session, you will learn how to visualize data on biological pathways and how to use pathway statistics to find regulated pathways that might be relevant for your dataset. After a short introduction lecture (20-30 minutes), you will go through a step-by-step pathway analysis tutorial using PathVisio (www.pathvisio.org). We will use an example gene expression dataset.
